JPG Compression and File Size

Q0 Picture

Q0
This is the quality zero picture. You can tell by looking at it that the picture is blurry and distorted. The file size is very small but the quality is to poor for it to have many uses. To do this you open your file and select filter at the top. In the list click on "Filter Gallery", once there you choose the filter you want and make the proper adjustments till you like it and click "ok". Once back in photoshop go to file and find "save for web". It will then bring up a screen that shows a lot of options and the file you try to save it as determined what you are able to change. J-peg allows for quality control and this is it at 0-quality.
